Reservations / Cancellation Policy       

Check in 2:00pm / Check out 12:00pm Contact us if you need an early check in or late check out. Additional charges may apply for these special arrangements.

You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Adults must have a valid photo ID at check in. Management reserves the right to deny you or anyone in your party access without proper ID.  Credit card deposits are processed the same day the reservation is made. Reservations made prior to the 14 days of check-in require a one-night deposit or 20% deposit whichever is greater, excluding monthly reservations. Reservations made within 14 days of check-in must be paid in full and are nonrefundable. Monthly reservations must be paid in full, are nonrefundable and based on 28-nights. Weekends require a two-night stay exception maybe given if campsites are available. Some holiday weekends are a three-night stay and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No discounts or coupons can be used on holiday weekends. No refunds on holiday weekends. We do not control the weather, no refund due to weather. If you choose to cancel your reservations at least 14-days prior to check-in you will be charged a $15 processing fee for the cancellation, excluding monthly reservations, which are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes made within the 14 days or less of your check in will forfeit your deposit and will not receive a refund. No refunds or prorations are given after check-in. No Show / No Refund. Price may be subject to change.
